Job summary

A1 Properties, based in Dubai, seeks a client-focused Secondary Property Consultant for resale and leasing in Business Bay and premium villa communities. You will work with a high-performing team, sourcing, listing, and guiding clients through the full sales and leasing cycle.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Dubai's residential market, strong negotiation and market knowledge, and a consultative approach. Flexible hours and strong support will help you close deals in a competitive market.

Qualifications

1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai's residential real estate market, focusing on secondary market transactions.
RERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
Solid understanding of secondary market transactions and DLD regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirements.

Responsibilities

Source, list, and sell/lease properties in Business Bay and villa communities.
Manage inbound/outbound leads using the company CRM system.
Provide tailored property recommendations across apartments and villas.
Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, including negotiations and closures.
Advise on investment strategies, pricing, rental yields, and resale value.
Prepare and execute sales/lease agreements in compliance with UAE real estate laws.
