Qualifications

Proven experience as Real Estate Sales Agent/Property Consultant in Dubai.
Strong understanding of Dubai's secondary real estate market.
Valid UAE driving license.
Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai's secondary market.
Conduct property viewings and provide market insights and recommendations.
Manage the full sales cycle from client consultation to successful deal closure.
Negotiate offers and agreements to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
Consistently achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives.
Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Deliver an exceptional client experience through outstanding customer service and professionalism.
