Think Properties Real Estate in Dubai seeks experienced Secondary Property Consultants to advise clients on sales and purchases within Dubai's secondary market. You will leverage strong market knowledge and a wide community network to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include client consultations, market research, relationship management, property viewings, and negotiations while staying compliant with Dubai regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai secondary property sales.
• Strong network within the community, including property owners, investors, and developers.
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate listings, close deals, and meet sales targets
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong digital literacy, including CRM systems and property marketing platforms.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a competitive market.
• Conduct property viewings, explain investment potential, and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
