Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for secondary-market properties.
• Source and maintain high-quality property listings.
• Advise buyers and sellers based on current market conditions.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and investors.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions professionally.
• Maintain accurate client and property information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to market listings effectively.
