Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Concierge Agent to join our Concierge team. You will deliver five-star service and tailor experiences for guests, drawing on deep local knowledge of Dubai.

You will manage guest requests, coordinate reservations and transportation, and work with a team that embraces MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences while upholding the brand's luxury standards. Previous Dubai hotel experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 5‑star hotel, with 2+ years in Concierge or Front Office.
• Dubai work experience is essential.
• Clefs d’Or membership is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, PSMS, Alice and front office systems.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to identify preferences and anticipate their needs.
• Assist with booking and organizing travel, entertainment, dining, and cultural activities; provide clear directions and transportation options.
• Maintain detailed records of guest requests and bookings using concierge software; communicate updates with management and colleagues.
• Possess deep local knowledge of Dubai, including transportation, dining, nightlife, shopping, arts and cultural venues.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering service aligned with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences and responding to requests and complaints.
• Foster collaboration, participate in team meetings, and act as a role model with strong communication and service excellence.
