Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the Housekeeping team under the Executive Housekeeper, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across 259 guestrooms and suites.

You will train and develop staff, enforce policies, manage scheduling and coordination with Front Office and Engineering, and maintain exceptional guest service while upholding brand and safety standards in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff development experience in luxury/hospitality
• Strong understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
• English communication skills; Arabic helpful

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and train the Housekeeping team with development plans
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, safety and confidentiality
• Oversee schedules, inventories, and coordination with Front Office and Engineering
• Maintain exceptional guest service and handle service recovery when needed
• Drive quality and brand standards (Forbes/LQA/MOQA/FLHSS&E) while managing costs
• Act as hotel ambassador and support regional projects/as assigned
