Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Front Office Agent to join our esteemed Front Office team. You will greet guests, check them in, and coordinate with departments to ensure flawless service throughout the stay.

With a focus on guest preferences, accuracy in cash handling, and teamwork, you will help deliver MOHG's Legendary Quality Experiences in a luxury setting by the oceanfront in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Senior School qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
• At least 1 year Front Office experience.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office and hotel software skills; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in / escort to rooms promptly.
• Address guest preferences and maintain guest history records.
• Handle cash drawer and monitor cash float per policy.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations, and Room Service to fulfill requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel outlets and products; ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
