Job summary

EDITION Hotels is seeking a Lobby Lounge Manager to oversee daily shift operations, supervise staff, and promote the lounge. You will manage beverage policies, ensure compliance with liquor laws, and monitor inventories and costs to meet budget targets.

The role also involves training staff, delivering top-tier guest service, and collaborating across outlets as needed. The ideal candidate brings several years in F&B leadership, strong menu planning, and a proven track record in managing costs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of F&B or related experience OR
• 2-year accredited degree in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lobby lounge daily shift operations and staff supervision.
• Ensure beverage policy compliance and liquor laws across the property.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and beverage controls; manage budgets and payroll data.
• Lead team training on liquor control policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and manage guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support HR activities and new hire training within the department.
