Job summary

EDITION is seeking a dedicated Lobby Lounge Supervisor to lead daily shift operations and staff in our Abu Dhabi lounge. The role focuses on promoting the lounge, planning menus, upholding standards, and managing liquor inventories while supporting the broader food and beverage team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or 2-year degree with relevant F&B experience and a strong understanding of liquor policies. Exposure to budget control and guest service is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years F&B experience, or a 2-year degree with 2 years F&B experience.
• Strong knowledge of liquor laws and beverage control is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lobby lounge operations and staff daily shifts.
• Ensure adherence to beverage policies and liquor regulations.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and department financials.
• Maintain inventory levels, par stocks, and reorder processes.
• Train staff on liquor control policies and guest service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest feedback.
