Job summary

Accor Dubai is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cost control. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making to drive performance, maintain hygiene, and uphold health and safety codes.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate with Maintenance, and implement training programs to develop the team while adhering to company policies and bar standards.

Responsibilities

• Report etc. as required includes: maintain bar hygiene and cleanliness and health codes.
• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Advise with Bar Manager on all bar operation matters.
• Define training needs and set up training programs for staff.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses.
• Inspect areas daily before opening and after closing, according to standards.
• Maintain door policy and standards of service and presentation.
