Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead train and motivate the service team to deliver impeccable service and hospitality.
• Supervise and manage staff performance providing coaching training and development opportunities.
• Monitor and control inventory and stock levels ensuring proper organization and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and efficient communication.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner ensuring positive guest experiences.
• Assist with scheduling staff allocations and other operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee the implementation of hotel policies and procedures ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job requirements
