The Lana, Dubai – Dorchester Collection seeks a Lobby Lounge Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our ultra-luxury restaurant in Dubai. You will recruit, mentor and develop a high-calibre team, delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with our We Care philosophy.

Lead revenue management, cost controls, and cross-department collaboration to ensure flawless service, meticulous standards, and a memorable experience for guests at the lobby lounge.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial track record in luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest service ethos required.
• Mentor and develop a high-potential team and uphold luxury standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to deliver the best guest experience.
• Hire, mentor and develop the team with a cohesive training program.
• Bring to life our core values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity.
• Monitor revenue targets and control costs within budgets (beverage, payroll, expenses).
• Hold daily pre-service team briefings to inform about daily hotel happenings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure immaculate presentation and upkeep.
• Optimize reservations with the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee beverage quality, presentation and inventory control.
