Job summary

Accor Group is seeking an experienced Bar Operations Leader for a Dubai property to oversee daily bar activities, manage staff, control costs, and uphold beverage standards. You will coordinate with the Food & Beverage Office on promotions, pricing, and training to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a hands-on approach to maintain hygiene, safety, and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Approve schedules for all personnel according to forecast and staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
• Advise and consult with the bar with regards to service matters and bar standards.
• Ensure sanitary conditions according to Health codes and hotel standards.
• Supervise the daily operation and manage maintenance requests as needed.
• Submit reports: overtime, daily log book, other expenses control sheet, time schedule, vacation schedules.
