Design De La Belle Interiors in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for interior fit-out projects. The role will focus on identifying leads, meeting clients, and presenting tailored design and build solutions with the project team.

You will manage proposals, quotations, and contracts while maintaining CRM records and monitoring market trends to drive growth. This on-site, full-time position requires strong communication and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales within interior fit-out, interior design, construction, or related sectors.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, including the ability to build networks with developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms to manage leads, proposals, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads; build and maintain client relationships in Dubai.
• Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings with the design and project teams.
• Negotiate contracts to close deals and monitor sales pipelines.
• Coordinate handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team and track market trends.
