Job summary

Mondrian Fitout is seeking a motivated female Sales Business Development Executive to actively generate new business opportunities in luxury villa interior design and fit-out projects across the UAE.

You will identify potential clients, build relationships with architects, developers and agents, arrange client meetings and site visits, and coordinate with design teams to prepare proposals. Strong negotiation skills and a confident presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development within interior design, fit-out, construction, or real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
• Existing network of clients, architects, consultants, real estate agents, or developers is advantageous.
• UAE market experience preferred.
• Driving license and own car is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for luxury villa interior design fit-out, kitchens, wardrobes, and renovations.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, property developers, and agents.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Arrange client meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate with design and technical teams to prepare proposals.
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into projects.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and help achieve monthly targets.
