Job summary

South Wings Interiors in Dubai seeks a motivated Sales Executive to identify new opportunities, generate leads, and secure projects related to interior fit-out, MEP, authority approvals, and construction services.

The role targets both B2B and B2C clients in the UAE market, requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with an attractive commission structure and Company Visa options.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE sales preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out market.
• Dubai authority approvals knowledge a plus.
• Proven ability to generate new clients and projects via business development.
• Experience handling both B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE.
• Generate leads and acquire new clients through multiple channels.
• Promote fit-out, interior, MEP, authority approval services.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, owners.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/estimation teams.
• Follow up through negotiation and project confirmation.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while hitting targets.
• Maintain database of leads, quotations, and activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover post-sale.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
