Job summary

Roseva FX in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Manager to build our HR function from the ground up, implementing policies, hiring across departments, and ensuring daily HR operations comply with UAE regulations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and work with senior management to support growth.

Responsibilities include developing HR policies, coordinating visas and contracts, driving recruitment, payroll coordination, and establishing performance metrics and KPIs for a scalable people

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local employment practices.
• Hands-on UAE contracts, labour docs, work permits and visas.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment across functions.
• Understanding of payroll, benefits, end-of-service, HR reporting.
• Familiarity with sales commission structures and KPI-based pay.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong business communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRMS, recruitment platforms, ATS.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and internal procedures
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, employment regulations, internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
• Run the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation, across Sales, Business Development, Dealing, Risk, Compliance, Back Office, Marketing, Finance and IT
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for a smooth employee experience
• Prepare and maintain contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
• Coordinate visas, work permits, renewals and cancellations with our PROs and the relevant authorities
• Manage attendance, leave, probation periods and contract renewals
• Work with Finance and management on payroll, benefits, salary adjustments, bonuses, sales commissions and incentive schemes
• Help design performance evaluation systems, KPIs and improvement plans
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution with discretion
• Advise management on competitive compensation packages in line with Forex brokerage practice
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR databases
• Support employee engagement, retention, and company culture
