Job summary

SolutionBox is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our client’s team in Dubai, UAE. The role requires hands-on HR experience in the UAE and aims to build a professional HR setup within a fast-growing multinational startup in the asset management and financial services sector.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, HR operations, compliance with UAE Labour Laws, visa processing coordination, employee engagement, and payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be on a spouse visa.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• HR operations & compliance: maintain employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy; ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and internal HR policies; liaise with the PRO for visa processing and other government requirements.
• Employee engagement & communication: support internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities; assist in implementing HR policies and coordinating performance review processes.
• Payroll & leave management: handle leave management, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination; ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR documents.
