Job summary

SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C, based in Dubai, seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and policy implementation for a growing real estate team.

You will ensure UAE labor law compliance, manage employee relations, develop training programs, and collaborate with management on workforce planning to support rapid expansion in the Dubai market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in real estate or fast-paced client-focused environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
• Immediate joiner and resident of Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycle, coordinate interviews, and prepare employment contracts.
• Oversee onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations.
• Develop and update HR policies ensuring UAE labor law compliance.
• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
