Job summary

Accor's Swissotel Al Murooj in Downtown Dubai is seeking a Hostess - Restaurant Guest Services to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and coordinate front-of-house communications for a busy hotel restaurant.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in hospitality, excellent English, and proven customer service skills, with familiarity using POS systems and maintaining Swissotel service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality/FOH experience
• Experience in hotel restaurant or premium dining preferred
• Strong English communication and guest relations skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly on arrival and assist with seating
• Coordinate seating with service teams and maintain smooth front-of-house operations
• Ensure entrance remains attended and professional throughout service
• Maintain guest records and assist with information about menus and services
• Work with waiters and supervisors to support efficient restaurant operations
