Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service related roles such as front desk or receptionist role.
• Experience with a professional services firm is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage passes with courteous, accurate service.
• Ensure visitors are comfortable, met, and directed to the correct room.
• Coordinate floor operations, meetings, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Fill CAFM form and report facilities/maintenance issues promptly.
• Check bookings, liaise with staff, and support floor host operations.
• Answer queries and act as liaison to various business areas.
