Responsibilities

• Guide & clarify queries per customers' requests.
• Proceed with transactions per guidelines.
• Maintain KPI: reduce waiting times, target <10 minutes for 80% of customers.
• Issue queue tokens as required.
• Handle peak hours and deescalate complaints.
