AccorHotels Middle East's Sofitel Dubai Downtown is seeking a hotel sales professional with 2-3 years experience to drive F&B and Rooms revenue. You will conduct daily sales calls, manage contracts, and maintain client relationships in a luxury Dubai setting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent selling capability, and solid organizational planning. You will collaborate with department heads to meet targets and uphold Accor's service standards.

Competenze

• 2 to 3 years experience in hotel sales.
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators.
• Excellent selling capability and the ability to coach selling techniques to their team.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Sofitel Policies and Procedures.
• Understand contribution margins of each product results and work with respective heads of departments to maximize Operating results.
• Achieve Sales goals and upsell targets for Food and Beverage as well as Rooms revenue and other income as set by Director of Sales.
• Ensure that all sales contracts follow the established Hotel Policies & Procedures and are based on sound commercial judgment.
• Ensure that the Eventsteam projects a warm, professional and welcome image.
• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel for Groups clients.
• Respond quickly to client enquiries and closely follow up on all business leads, prompt communication with the Be Inspired team for a quick turnaround.
• Able to support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
