Sofitel Dubai Downtown is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive topline revenue through data-driven analysis, forecasting, pricing strategies, and demand optimization. This role oversees revenue analytics across all segments and channels while also managing the Reservations function to ensure conversion efficiency, inventory accuracy, and alignment with overall revenue strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Hospitality, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management or Revenue Analysis.
• Experience overseeing Reservations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel distribution and pricing strategies.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates processes for booking quality and data input into the PMS.
• Support Director of Revenue in pricing and mix management.
• Develop pricing strategy across market segments and channels.
• Manage inventory and pricing across distribution channels including branded web and OTAs.
• Oversee daily operations of the Reservations department.
• Lead, train, and develop Reservations team to maximize conversion and service quality.
• Set and monitor reservations KPIs such as conversion rate and handling time.
• Ensure processes align with revenue management strategies and BRG policies.
• Monitor booking patterns and adjust selling strategies.
