Sofitel Dubai Downtown is seeking a proactive Hotel Sales professional to maintain records, drive revenue across F&B and Rooms, and lead the Events team in presenting a polished image. You will conduct site inspections, respond to inquiries, and nurture client relationships to secure business in a luxury city hotel.

The role requires 2–3 years in hotel sales, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to coach selling techniques to the team.

Competenze

• 2 to 3 years of hotel sales experience.
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and trends.
• Excellent selling capability and ability to coach selling techniques to the team.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Sofitel Policies and Procedures.
• Understand contribution margins of each product and work with respective heads of departments to maximize operating results.
• Achieve Sales goals and upsell targets for Food and Beverage as well as Rooms revenue and other income as set by Director of Sales.
• Ensure that all sales contracts follow the established Hotel Policies & Procedures and are based on sound commercial judgment.
• Ensure that the Events team projects a warm, professional and welcome image.
• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel for Groups clients.
• Respond quickly to client enquiries and closely follow up on all business leads, prompt communication with the Be Inspired team for a quick turnaround.
• Able to support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
