Job summary

Accor's Sofitel Dubai Downtown is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales professional to drive revenue across F&B, Rooms, and events. You will maintain records, analyze margins, and pursue new business with Groups clients, site-inspections, and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years experience in hotel sales.
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and trends.
• Excellent selling capability and ability to coach selling techniques to the team.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Sofitel Policies and Procedures.
• Understand contribution margins of each product and work with heads of departments to maximize operating results.
• Achieve sales goals and upsell targets for Food & Beverage as well as Rooms revenue and other income as set by Director of Sales.
• Ensure all sales contracts follow established hotel policies and procedures and are based on sound commercial judgment.
• Ensure that Eventsteam projects a warm, professional and welcoming image.
• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel for Groups clients.
• Respond quickly to client inquiries and closely follow up on all business leads, with prompt communication with Be Inspired team for quick turnaround.
• Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
