Job summary

REM CRM in Dubai is seeking a confident Sales Executive to drive growth for our CRM/SaaS solutions. You will identify opportunities, conduct product demos, and guide clients through the full sales cycle, closing deals and expanding the customer base.

You will need strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet targets and deliver value through tailored demonstrations. Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE market is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, SaaS, Software, or Technology Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in conducting face-to-face and online client meetings.
• Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend CRM/SaaS solutions.
• Clearly communicate the value and business benefits of REM CRM.
• Manage prospects throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
• Manage and update leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
• Prepare proposals and handle client negotiations.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
