Job summary

Agile Consultants in the UAE seeks an IT Sales Executive – CRM Solutions based at the Dubai World Trade Centre. You will represent the technology-driven business, build relationships with exhibitors and visitors, and drive opportunities for collaboration.

You will initiate conversations, coordinate product demonstrations, and manage follow-ups via the CRM. The role blends outreach, partnership development, and sales coordination, requiring 2–4 years in hospitality, events, or similar

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in hospitality, hotel sales, guest relations, VIP relations, corporate events, sales, business development, or similar client-facing roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English for professional emails.
• Professional grooming, strong business etiquette, and confident presentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach exhibitors, companies, and prospective partners through in-person meetings, email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
• Coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team and welcome visitors to the office and experience centre.
• Build relationships with trade associations, business councils, chambers of commerce, event organisers, and service providers.
• Prepare personalised introductions, follow-up emails, and partnership proposals.
• Coordinate PR activities, including media introductions and company announcements.
• Maintain accurate contact records and track opportunities through to next steps.
• Provide regular progress updates on opportunities.
