Job summary

Agile Consultants in Dubai seeks an articulate IT Sales Executive specializing in CRM solutions to represent a technology-driven business, build relationships, and create opportunities for collaboration.

Based at the Dubai World Trade Centre office, you will engage exhibitors, business visitors, and industry organizations, arranging meetings and developing partnerships through proactive outreach and professional follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotel sales, guest relations, VIP relations, corporate events, sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to write clear and professional business emails.
• Professional grooming, strong business etiquette, and confident presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach relevant exhibitors, companies, and prospective partners through in-person meetings, email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
• Welcome business visitors to the office and experience center, understand their needs, and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team.
• Build relationships with trade associations, business councils, chambers of commerce, event organizers, and complementary service providers.
• Identify opportunities for referral partnerships, joint events, webinars, and promotional collaborations.
• Prepare personalized introductions, follow-up emails, and partnership proposals with support from the team.
• Coordinate PR activities, including media introductions, interview opportunities, and company announcements.
• Maintain accurate contact records, meeting notes, and next steps in the company’s CRM.
• Track opportunities through to agreed actions and provide regular progress updates.
