Qualifications

• 2-4 years in hospitality, hotel sales, guest relations, VIP relations, corporate events, sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional business emailing ability.
• Professional grooming, strong etiquette, and confident presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach exhibitors, companies, and prospective partners through in-person meetings, email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
• Welcome visitors, understand needs, and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team.
• Build relationships with trade associations, business councils, chambers of commerce, event organizers, and service providers.
• Identify opportunities for referral partnerships, joint events, webinars, and promotions.
• Prepare introductions, follow-up emails, and partnership proposals with team support.
• Coordinate PR activities, including media introductions and company announcements.
• Maintain CRM records, meeting notes, and next steps; provide regular progress updates.
• Track opportunities through to agreed actions.
