Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years at CFO/senior leadership level.
• Media/events or multi-entity holding experience.
• Preferred CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, capital efficiency, and operational performance.
• Define long-term financial strategy with the CEO and Board.
• Manage financial operations for content, licensing, and advertising.
• Oversee budgeting and reporting for events and sponsorships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and lead statutory reporting.
