Job summary

CAM AUTO CENTRE is seeking a Mechanical & Body Shop Service Advisor for a full-time on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be the main liaison for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling, and explaining recommended repairs.

You will prepare estimates, manage job orders, coordinate with technicians, and monitor progress to ensure timely vehicle delivery. The role requires 3–4 years as a service advisor, strong English communication, and proficiency with service management

Qualifications

• Strong automotive knowledge with maintenance and service operations experience.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and document findings.
• 3–4 years as a service advisor with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in service management software and basic PC applications for orders, estimates, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact, explaining recommended mechanical and body work.
• Prepare estimates and manage job orders (open/close).
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Promote maintenance services and support quality control and billing.
