Al-Futtaim Automotive Auto Center Abu Dhabi is seeking a Service Advisor to ensure a professional customer journey, uphold service quality, and drive profitability through upselling. The role requires adherence to AF standards, strong customer service, and ongoing knowledge development within the Body & Paint division.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of workshop experience as a Body & Paint Service Advisor, with knowledge of body parts and mechanical components, and a commitment to 5S

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a reputed workshop as a Body & Paint Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of body parts and general mechanical components for repair of Body & Paint.
• Proficiency in implementing 5S and understanding health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Ensure professional customer journey and service delivery to enhance retention.
• Increase profitability through upselling of packages and services offered.
• Adhere to AF standards and health & safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain compliance with the SOP and continuously develop technical knowledge.
