Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Service Advisor for its Body Paint division in Abu Dhabi. You will focus on delivering a premium customer journey, maintaining high service quality, and driving profitability through upselling of packages and services.

Applicants should have a diploma/degree in Mechanical/Automobile engineering or a related field and 3–6 years of workshop experience as a Body & Paint Service Advisor. Knowledge of safety standards and 5S is essential.

• Experience with body parts and general mechanical components for repair of Body & Paint.

The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring a professional customer journey enhancing customer retention and contributing to company profitability in the Body Paint division This role requires adherence to AF standards delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring quality service delivery The Service Advisor is also responsible for increasing sales through upselling maintaining compliance with health and safety standards and continuously developing their technical knowledge to improve productivity

What You Will Do

• Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process
• Customer service values and AF values are executed at all times
• Ensure quality is maintained at all times
• Compliance with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment
• Increase profitability through sales and upselling incremental packages product service the company offers
• Implement 5S at work
• Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the business SOP Learning and development by upgrading themselves with new technology work procedures time standards and relevant technical know-how

What Qualifies You For The Role:
