Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Service Advisor for its Body Paint division in Abu Dhabi. You will focus on delivering a premium customer journey, maintaining high service quality, and driving profitability through upselling of packages and services.

Applicants should have a diploma/degree in Mechanical/Automobile engineering or a related field and 3–6 years of workshop experience as a Body & Paint Service Advisor. Knowledge of safety standards and 5S is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/automobile engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as Body & Paint Service Advisor in a reputed workshop.
• Experience with body parts and general mechanical components for repair of Body & Paint.
• Proficiency implementing 5S and understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service values; uphold AF values at all times.
• Maintain quality standards across all service touchpoints.
• Comply with health and safety requirements of the company and environmental safeguards.
• Increase profitability through upselling incremental packages and services offered by the company.
• Implement 5S at work to organize and optimize workspace.
• Learn and develop by upgrading themselves with new technology, procedures, time standards, and relevant know-how.
