Job summary

Al‑Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a Service Advisor – Body and Paint to manage the customer journey from vehicle inspection to repair completion. You will coordinate body and paint repairs, provide cost estimates, explain procedures, upsell value packages, and monitor progress to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with estimators, technicians, and parts teams to uphold Al‑Futtaim standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automotive engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of Body & Paint service advisory experience in reputable workshops.
• Knowledge of body parts, paint processes, and repair workflows.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and capture vehicle bodywork, paint, or mechanical concerns.
• Prepare accurate repair orders with vehicle data, requests, and findings.
• Explain repairs, timelines, and costs; coordinate with teams to deliver.
• Monitor progress, provide updates, and secure approvals for extra work.
