Job summary

CloudTech24 Ltd. in Dubai is seeking a customer-focused IT support specialist to join our busy team. The role involves logging requests from customers and staff, assisting remote users, and owning support tickets in a fast-paced environment.

You will work a 9am-9pm or 9pm-9am shift on a 4 days on, 4 days off rota, and communicate clearly with UK-based clients in English. Prior experience supporting English-speaking clients is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience supporting English-speaking clients
• Ability to explain IT issues to non-IT users
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Log requests reported by customers and internal staff via telephone and email
• Assist remote users with technical support issues
• Manage and own support tickets
• Ensure requests are diagnosed and resolved or escalated in a timely manner
