Job summary

Cohere is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist based in Dubai to anchor regional IT operations. You will be the primary contact for internal staff, delivering white‑glove technical support and managing identity, collaboration platforms, and SaaS systems.

Beyond day‑to‑day helpdesk work, you will use automation and DevOps practices to streamline user lifecycles and ensure secure, efficient operations across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• 3–7 years in help desk or internal IT support roles.
• Experience with user accounts, password resets, MFA, and SSO (Okta, Google Workspace).
• Experience with MDM platforms (Iru, Intune).
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Familiarity with Slack and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for internal employees and triage requests.
• Troubleshoot workstation, laptop, mobile, and basic network issues for onsite and remote staff.
• Document work and manage incidents to resolution with clear communication.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding workflows, including access provisioning and offboarding compliance.
• Develop and maintain support procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with business units and communicate clearly across the organization.
• Assist with device setup, access requests, and day‑one readiness for new hires.
• Track hardware inventories and coordinate replacements or repairs.
• Provide password resets, MFA, and common productivity tool support.
