Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to lead the technical go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients in the UAE. You will bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding customers from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and expansion.

Qualifications

Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
Architectural mindset: ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures clearly.
Consultative and advisory skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for hands-on engineers and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

Lead technical validation with Account Executives and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
Own onboarding guidance and act as the primary engineering contact for the customer.
Drive quarterly business reviews to translate platform capabilities into business value for senior stakeholders.
