Job summary

Cloudflare in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Customer Engineer to support regional growth in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with account teams to map customer needs to Cloudflare solutions across DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, and Workers.

You will lead technical validation, architect demonstrations, and define PoCs. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, migrations, and ensure successful time-to-value while managing risk and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical discovery and PoCs.
• Ability to map customer requirements to Cloudflare architectures.
• Strong collaboration with Account Executives and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery and PoCs, aligning with customer needs.
• Design structured migration and onboarding blueprints for customers.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy for customers.
