Johnson Controls seeks a Regional Sales Engineer in Dubai to drive indirect channels across the Middle East & Africa. You will manage French-speaking African countries, cultivate distributor networks, and open new accounts to meet ambitious growth targets.

The role demands deep HVAC knowledge (Chillers/AHU/FCU), a hunter mindset, and strong planning to convert inquiries, follow quotations, and ensure timely orders and deliveries. Travel will be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of Direct/Indirect sales experience in HVAC, focused on Chillers/AHU/FCU.
• Proven track record delivering sales targets within MEA region.
• Fluent in English, Arabic & French; ability to travel.

Mansioni

• Develop plans to increase distributor sales and revenue.
• Develop new channel partnerships and open new accounts.
• Convert inquiries to sales and follow up on quotations.
• Place orders in the system and follow up on delivery of equipment.
