Ideal candidates have 10+ years in industrial refrigeration sales, a strong technical background, and proven success in MEA markets, with fluency in English and UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical, refrigeration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• MBA is an advantage for strategic sales leadership.
• Minimum 10 years' sales experience in industrial refrigeration, preferably in MEA.
• Experience selling engineered refrigeration solutions to food, pharma, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market share targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from opportunity to contract award and handover to operations.
• Sell turnkey refrigeration systems, equipment packages, aftermarket services, retrofits, and maintenance contracts.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and customer events.
• Develop business in specified markets and business lines.
• Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver proposals and projects.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM opportunity tracking; prepare monthly reviews.
