Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Group in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Sales Team Leader for the African markets to own the sales strategy and execution across residential and light commercial segments in East, West, and Southern Africa.

You will lead a decentralized sales team, drive revenue growth, and partner with product, marketing, and channel teams while traveling frequently to diverse markets to strengthen Bosch’s presence.

Qualifications

• University degree (Master, MBA) in International Business, Sales, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales or Commercial Leadership in international contexts.
• Experience in HVAC or building technologies is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, customer engagement and revenue growth in African markets.
• Lead and develop a decentralized sales team to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Channel partners to deliver results.
• Lead pricing, proposals and contract negotiations for African markets.
• Travel internationally and work across cultures.
