Job summary

FinHub in Dubai is expanding its global sales team and seeks a Senior Use-Case Sales Executive to drive international enterprise deals for PaaS and BaaS. You will own the full sales process from prospecting to closing contracts and will engage senior decision-makers across multiple industries.

The role requires a hands-on, target-driven approach, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally. You will report to the Head of Global Use-Case Sales and operate from our Dubai office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in fintech, banking tech, payments or financial services.
• Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals and manage long sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of financial technology, banking infrastructure or embedded finance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire international enterprise customers.
• Sell FinHub's PaaS and BaaS offerings and manage the full sales cycle.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
