Job summary

Leverate, Inc in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager for the GCC region to lead business development and sales operations from the Dubai office. You will identify growth opportunities, close strategic deals, and nurture broker and fintech client relationships.

The ideal candidate is self-driven with strong knowledge of financial markets, proven B2B sales experience, and a network within the MENA region. Travel within GCC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in financial services (CFDs, forex, trading platforms, fintech).
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to build pipelines, close deals and exceed quotas.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Understanding of GCC business culture and financial services landscape.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC region.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs for GCC territories.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, digital prospecting, and local expos.
• Develop and manage relationships with brokerage firms, financial institutions, and other partners.
• Conduct product demos and solution presentations to clients based on their business needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Provide strategic insights and report on regional market trends, competition, and client feedback.
• Represent Leverate at industry events, conferences, and GCC gatherings.
