Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Dubai to support customers through the vehicle servicing and repair process. You will be the primary contact between customers, workshop technicians, and parts staff, ensuring accurate records and professional service.

The role requires practical knowledge of automotive maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate service activities while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.
• Working knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements.
• Familiarity with dealership service operations and repair coordination.
• Proficiency with DMS and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally at the service reception and respond to telephone inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns, identify reported vehicle issues, and record relevant information accurately.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections or test drives when necessary to understand reported problems.
• Explain service recommendations, repair procedures, and estimated work requirements in clear language.
• Coordinate repair assignments with workshop technicians and monitor ongoing jobs to support timely completion.
• Maintain complete repair histories, documentation, and customer records within the DMS.
