About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Dry Cleaner to join our Laundryteam at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Operate and maintain dry cleaning machinery and equipment, including dry cleaning machines, pressing equipment, and stain removal tools, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning processes.
• Handle guests' garments with care, applying appropriate dry‑cleaning techniques and treatments to ensure high‑quality results and preservation of garment fabrics and colors.
• Identify and treat stains or spots on garments using specialized cleaning agents and techniques, ensuring that stains are removed effectively without damaging the fabric.
• Inspect garments before and after cleaning to ensure they meet the hotel's quality standards, checking for any damage, imperfections, or missed spots that require attention.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' special requests, inquiries, and concerns related to their dry‑cleaning needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of dry‑cleaning supplies, including solvents, detergents, and other cleaning agents, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
