We’re Hiring – Draftsman (Joinery & Interior Design Division)

Are you a creative and detail-oriented Draftsman with a passion for precision and craftsmanship?

We are looking for an experienced Joinery & Interior Design Draftsman to join our dynamic team in the UAE!

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and fabrication drawings for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings to develop accurate and production-ready designs.
• Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Production teams to ensure all drawings are technically feasible and aligned with project requirements.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, material specifications, and joinery construction details are maintained in all drawings.
• Manage and update drawing revisions, technical documentation, and project records.
• Work closely with the factory and site teams to resolve design or drawing-related issues.

Skills

• Candidate Profile:
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Drafting (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, furniture detailing, finishes, and production methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting/design software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
