Job summary

AW Rostamani Group in Dubai seeks a Documentation specialist to manage DO collection, customs-related tasks, and export/import documentation. You will supervise clerks, ensure timely processing, and maintain compliant records in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will coordinate with sales, freight, and operation teams, prepare quotes, monitor tariff changes, and provide reports as required, ensuring smooth global shipments and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in same industry.
• Graduation from any reputed University level.
• Excellent communication skill both oral and written.
• Able to work in multicultural environment.
• Good knowledge in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee documentation department operations and ensure timely work by assistants and clerks.
• Oversee deposit and customs standing guarantee records / IOU of assistants.
• Keep corporate clients updated by issuing circular after approval from Operation Manager.
• Ensure delegated jobs or customer assignments are covered by assistants and clerks.
• Run the department without any complaint.
• Ensure timely closure of job files.
• Coordinate with operation staff for smooth running of the operation.
• Prepare quotes as requested by Sales Manager.
• Keep freight rates updated and reply to Sales Manager as requested.
• Stay updated on daily changes in customs rules and related government regulations.
