Job summary

AW Rostamani Group in Dubai is seeking a customs clearance and documentation coordinator to manage end-to-end activities for imports and exports, ensuring timely delivery orders and accurate documentation submission.

The role requires liaising with customs, ports, chambers, consulates and customers; supervising documentation staff in the supervisor’s absence; and staying updated on regulatory changes to keep operations compliant. You will provide precise information to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance and documentation for imports and exports.
• Arrange collection of delivery orders and prepare necessary documentation.
• Communicate with customs, ports, consulates, chambers and customers.
• Supervise documentation staff in the supervisor's absence.
• Provide timely documentation and rate-related information to the Operations Manager.
